Positive: Quite location, close to the Rewe supermarket. Can reccommend the freshly prepared sandwiches and cakes for breakfast! Very clean appartment that has every item you can ever need. Spacious bathroom with a very nice (rain) shower. Decoration of the place somewhat quirky, but shows a lot of care for the place. Extremely handy: automatic lights that switch on as you walk along to the bathroom in the dark, so you see where you are going. Nice! Parking is a bit difficult; we parked in the garage of the Bad Ems Thermen Hotel for 5 euros per 24 hrs, which was fine.
Negative: We turned on the airconditioner for a few minutes, but the noise was quite loud and it did not cool off very much. Was not a problem (opening windows did the trick just fine), but I can imagine during summer it is a different story. Oh, and a small and well-meant suggestion: perhaps adding a tea pot to the kitchen inventory? The only thing we missed slightly, but we managed just as well.
